Hannah Antonio – Executive Director, Golden Home Care

Hannah Antonio is the heart and vision behind Golden Home Care, proudly serving as the Executive Director under the umbrella of DuMonde Services Management Inc.

A licensed caregiver in British Columbia with years of frontline experience, Hannah embodies what it means to provide compassionate, dignified, and personalized care for seniors and individuals navigating health challenges.

Hannah's journey into caregiving began not as a job, but as a calling. From her early years, she showed an instinctive sense of empathy, always gravitating toward those in need of comfort and care. That deep-rooted compassion grew into a professional commitment as she pursued her certification as a licensed caregiver in BC. With every client she met and every family she supported, Hannah’s belief in the transformative power of home-based care only deepened.

For Hannah, caregiving is not just about assistance with daily tasks — it’s about creating genuine relationships, upholding dignity, and fostering joy in every moment. As Executive Director, she ensures that these core values are reflected in every service offered through Golden Home Care. From personal care to palliative support, mental health services to respite for family caregivers, Hannah has helped shape a culture of excellence and tenderness that sets Golden Home Care apart.

Her leadership is marked by thoughtful mentorship, community engagement, and a tireless commitment to quality. She takes the time to get to know each team member, ensuring that caregivers are not only well-trained, but also aligned with the organization's mission of compassionate, culturally sensitive, and client-centered service. Hannah believes that great care starts with empowered caregivers, and her team thrives under her attentive guidance.

Beyond her remarkable professional accomplishments, Hannah’s greatest joy lies in her family. She is an amazing mother whose nurturing heart extends seamlessly from her home to the homes of the clients she serves. As a loving wife, devoted daughter, and caring sister, Hannah brings a wealth of lived experience into her work — giving her an authentic understanding of what families truly need when placing their trust in a caregiver.

Hannah’s day might begin with a morning check-in on a new client’s comfort plan and end with a bedtime story for her own children. She moves through life with grace, balance, and purpose — never losing sight of the sacred role family plays in every caregiving story. Her ability to connect deeply with both staff and clients is a reflection of the values she lives by: faith, kindness, integrity, and love.

As a woman of faith and service, Hannah believes that caregiving is a noble ministry — one that demands humility, dedication, and heart. She has dedicated her life to helping others age with dignity and helping families feel supported during some of life’s most challenging transitions. Under her leadership, Golden Home Care has grown into not just a care agency, but a trusted family for many across British Columbia.

Hannah continues to inspire her team every day — showing that real care is found in the small things: a warm cup of tea, a gentle hand to hold, a familiar song, or simply being present. She remains a strong advocate for mental health awareness, culturally inclusive caregiving, and the importance of community-led services.

With Golden Home Care, Hannah’s vision is clear: to offer the golden standard in compassionate, personalized home care that uplifts lives, strengthens families, and brings hope, one home at a time.

To know Hannah Antonio is to witness a rare blend of strength and tenderness. Her work is a living testimony of love in action — and her leadership at Golden Home Care ensures that thousands of families across British Columbia receive the kind of care they truly deserve.
